All full-time students, trainees, residents, and fellows on the East Baltimore Campus have access to the University Health Services. Spouses/domestic partners who are on the EHP Student Health Program are also eligible to be seen at UHS.UHS provides medical, mental health and wellness services for its patients. Their team is staffed with internal medicine physicians, psychiatrists, a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioners (including a women’s health nurse practitioner), and licensed clinical social workers assisted by our clinical and administrative staff. UHS staff will assist you with your medical appointment scheduling, billing and insurance questions.

There is no out-of-pocket expense for visits to the UHS Mental Health program, and you will be seen as many times as is medically necessary to be treated for your condition. All visits are kept in the strictest confidence.

The JHSAP program offers numerous services to graduate students, including short-term counseling, crisis response, relationship support, school-life coaching and adjustment, educational workshops and dean/faculty/staff-student consultations. Visits to JHSAP are free, and you are not limited to the number of times you may access services. Spouses, partners and children are also able to access services at JHSAP.
